- In what location will the shooting take place?

According to the package and coordination it could be in our studio, your home, outdoors or hotel suite.
- How many people will be there at the session?

You can bring a companion with you (required for minors). The portraitist and his assistant ; we normally have one assistant but in some occasions the studio manager supervises the session in person. In absolutely all the cases we can invite to leave as many people as necessary to make you feel more comfortable.
- What should I bring with me?

We will send you an email with a reminder of all the items we discussed and coordinated 1 week before and 2 days before the photo session.
In addition, please bring any items you consider would apply to your portrait.
- How long does the session take?

According to the package you choose it could go between 1 to 5 hours. Frank Espinoza Portraiture guarantees the amount of pictures included in the package you purchase.
- When can I have my digital images and portrait ready?

Your fully-edited digital images will be delivered to you through a digital gallery after the session, we will send you a link to the email we have on file, it generally takes couple weeks after the session. On the other hand, your digital portrait will take up to 3 weeks after you have selected the images for it. Finally, once ready, we will have your order delivered to the address in file previous coordination for an on-hand delivery and complimentary installation if you choose so.
- What is the difference between booking a consultation and booking a session.

Booking a consultation is to clarify all your doubts and getting to know each other, even answering all your questions, it’s absolutely free.
While booking a session is picking up the date of the photo session it self and discussion details on the event, it implies the photo session fee.
- What are your hours of operation?

Consultations are offered Tuesday through Friday 9am - 5pm. For photo sessions we operate according to coordinated bookings.
- What’s the cancelation policy?

We understand that life happens and we are driven to help you display that beautiful portrait on your walls. While the session fee is non-refundable, we have up to 2 free rescheduled sessions 48 hours in advance; this is because in some cases we have to book locations (such hotel suites for boudoir) and coordinate transportation of logistics like equipment and props.
